The Autistic Culture Podcast Network is a podcast network dedicated to amplifying Autistic voices and building cultural infrastructure for neurodivergent storytelling. Our network hosts a collection of independently produced podcasts, all hosted by Autistic individuals.

3. Use of Content

All podcast episodes, artwork, written content, and other materials available through our Services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may:

• Listen to and share individual podcast episodes for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to our content on social media or other platforms
• Quote brief excerpts with attribution to the specific podcast and host

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish our content without prior written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or attributions
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to download content in bulk

4. Podcast Hosts and Individual Shows

Each podcast on the Autistic Culture Podcast Network is independently produced by its host(s). The views, opinions, and information expressed in individual episodes are those of the respective hosts and do not necessarily represent the views of the Autistic Culture Podcast Network as a whole. We are not responsible for the content of individual shows beyond our network guidelines.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our podcasts are distributed through third-party platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Acast, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Our merchandise is sold through DFTBA (see DFTBA's Terms of Service); purchases made through DFTBA are subject to their policies.

6. Newsletter and Subscription

Our newsletter is hosted on Substack. By subscribing, you agree to Substack's terms of service in addition to ours. We will use your email address only to send you updates related to the Autistic Culture Podcast Network. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

7. Submissions and Applications

If you submit a podcast application or volunteer inquiry through our Google Forms, you agree that we may contact you using the information provided. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the network. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

8. User Conduct

When interacting with us via email, social media, or any other channel, you agree not to:

• Send harassing, abusive, or threatening communications
• Engage in ableist, racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory conduct
• Impersonate any person, podcast host, or organization
• Submit false or misleading information

We are an Autistic-led community and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for ableism, including the promotion of conversion therapy or "cures" for autism.
